Role: Business Manager – Sales & Business Development (Locomotive)
Location: Delhi

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Manager to lead Sales & Business Development efforts in the Locomotive sector. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of relevant industry experience and a strong track record of working with major rolling stock manufacturers, metro railway corporations, consultants, and EPC companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key rolling stock manufacturers.
  • Manage and develop business with metro railway corporations across India.
  • Collaborate with consultants and EPC contractors to influence specifications and drive solution-based sales.
  • Leverage strong specification-based selling skills to win projects with Railways and railway EPCs.
  • Identify and convert opportunities and leads into successful sales bookings.
  • Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations and proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and develop detailed sales reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning internal teams with project goals and timelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
  • 8–12 years of relevant sales and business development experience in the railway or locomotive sector.
  • Strong existing network within the railway ecosystem including OEMs, EPCs, and government rail entities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders across projects.
