Position: Sales Engineer

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced and results-oriented candidate with 4–8 years of successful sales and business development experience in infrastructure-related sectors, with a focus on building strong networks among IT Park, Data Centres companies and consultant’s, MEP consultants, electrical, civil contractors etc. This role is responsible for managing business operations across Pan-India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth across infrastructure and data centre verticals.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with MEP consultants, design engineers, contractors, and engineering firms.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including end users, developers, general contractors, and consultants to identify and convert business opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and customized solutions that address client-specific requirements.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive sales reports and documentation on customer interactions and project pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance market visibility and brand positioning.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering).
  • 4-8 Years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development within IT infrastructure, construction, or related sectors.
  • Strong background in the data centre industry, with experience interacting with end users, designers, and contractors.
  • Extensive network within facility management companies and consultant ecosystems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as required across India.
