Location: Mumbai
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business
Development Manager with a strong background in the energy, EPC, and
renewable power sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience
in managing key accounts, developing channel partner networks, and driving
growth through strategic business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Account Management:
- Identify
and pursue new business opportunities in the EPC, power sectors &
renewables.
- Develop
and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term
engagement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate
with channel partners to optimize sales performance and market coverage.
2. Sector Expertise:
- Utilize
deep industry knowledge in EPC, power, and renewable energy to tailor
solutions for clients.
- Engage
with stakeholders in renewable energy companies and infrastructure
projects to build strategic alliances.
3. Channel Partner Management:
- Establish
and nurture relationships with key channel partners to drive business
expansion.
- Design
and implement co-branded sales programs and initiatives to enhance partner
performance and ROI.
4. Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence:
- Conduct
thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
competitive positioning.
- Work
with the Vertical Head to craft and execute go-to-market strategies
focused on sustainable growth in the assigned region.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related
field. A Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience:
8–10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or
account management in the EPC, power, or renewable energy sectors.
