Key
Responsibilities
- Expand
and develop the OEM customer base in the region.
- Build
and nurture strong relationships with OEMs, promoting the company’s
product lines.
- Analyze
OEM businesses, ongoing projects, product lines, and target markets.
- Prepare
and manage regional OEM sales forecasts across all products.
- Monitor
market trends and competition to adjust sales strategies and promotional
efforts.
- Foster
OEM advocacy through brand building, product support, and exceptional
service.
- Ensure
transparent transactions and maintain clear communication on OEMs' end
customers.
- Drive
timely payment collection and effective debt management.
- Contribute
to regional and branch performance through targeted OEM development.
- Stay
updated on industry developments and competitors’ market positioning.
- Set
and execute strategic goals to enhance business growth.
Candidate
Profile
- Experience: At
least 8 years in industrial automation sales (B2B/key accounts), with
direct selling and payment collection experience in multinational
organizations.
- Industry
Expertise: Strong relationships with manufacturing
industries, packaging machine manufacturers, line integrators, and
industrial automation companies.
- Skills:
Proficiency in account management, communication, negotiation, and
presentation.
- OEM
Network: Proven track record in developing OEM
networks, account mapping, and managing direct sales.
- Geographic
Knowledge: Familiarity with the regional market.
- Languages:
Fluency in English and the local language.
- Personal
Attributes: Customer-focused, technology-driven,
and committed to building long-term relationships.
