Overview: We are looking for a Global Product Manager to join the
Products & Services team with responsibility for our product lines. Working with established commercial and R&D
teams this role will drive growth and profitability in this product category, which
spans multiple models, spares and consumablesin
different life cycle phases. This role will bring the market into us, supporting
the products early life momentum and ultimately take responsibility for the
delivery of the future roadmap.
WHAT
YOU WILL DO
·Work with market facing
teams to establish commercial momentum across the range.
·Make priority calls
on feature requests, delivering quality inputs into development teams, which
are well researched, strong on context and data led to enable efficient and
creative development.
·Analyse key leading
business metrics, reporting on Product line performance and informing lifecycle
action across the range.
·Support new
business opportunities with strong and clear financial business cases and clear
market requirements.
·Own the delivery of
a “market connected” roadmap with 3-year horizon, with a balance of market,
business, and technical considerations.
·Create Go-to-Market
strategies & execute engaging Launches in collaboration with regional sales
organisations & marketing teams. WHAT
YOU WILL DELIVER IN THE FIRST 6,12,18 MONTHS
·Support
the existing positive growth trajectory of this product line with energy and share
of voice.
·Cross
pollinate momentum between channel organisations, document & share
successes and applications.
·Define
and release a series of smaller feature & quality enhancements which
maximise the product.
·Identify
and document VoC and applications for this technology on a regional and global
basis.
Review
the Product line and future roadmap through Customer/Market & Business lens.
ABOUT
YOU ·Working knowledge of Manufacturing with a preference for
experience in Coding & Marking. ·Degree in Business/Marketing/Technical disciple. ·Experience of Product/Business/Commercial Management in B2B
environment. ·Worked with development to deliver new products.
Previous P&L accountability, financial reporting, or budgetary
responsibilities (desirable).
