Job Title: Head Key Accounts | Business Development Manager (Electricals & Electronics)
Base location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager Strategic Accounts to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales in Multinational Customer accounts and forging strong relationships with them. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the building & construction industry, with established contacts and relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
·         Drive sales growth in Multinational & Strategic Customer Accounts and forging strong relationships with them
·         Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
·         Develop and execute strategic plans to expand existing business opportunities
·         Collaborate with the sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals and negotiate contract terms
·         Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolve promotional strategies
·         Ensure clear and transparent transactions with Multinational Customer accounts
·         Research into prospective accounts in MNC’s, pursue leads and follow through to successful agreement

·         Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
·         Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including the market positioning of competitors
·         The candidate needs to compliment the business of regions and branches with developmental results from strategic accounts
 
Essential Requirements:
 
·         Minimum 15 years of experience in sales of industrial automation-related machines, with a focus on business development (B2B/key account) in multinational                 organizations
·         Proven track record of success in managing strategic accounts in the building & construction industry
·         Established contacts and relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers in Multinational Companies
·         Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, strategic planning, and presentation skills
·     Passionate about customers, technology, and processes, with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve long-term business relationships with                       customers
