Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure
accuracy.
Prepare statutory documents- PF monthly payments
& applying for E-nomination, PF withdrawals, monthly pension fund and
update the Members record in the PF portal, Annual Bonus Return filing,
MLWF payments (half yearly) etc.
Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring
accuracy, compliance and timely payments of employees.
Proficiency in payroll software and systems with
experience in implementing and managing payroll systems
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax
regulations, and payroll-related statutory requirements.
Generate payroll reports for management whenever
required.
Maintaining the Personal File of Employees.
Update and track employee information, such as
personal details, salary changes etc.
Benefits Administration:
Support benefits administration processes,
including addition/ deletion under Mediclaim, Accidental policy for
corporate employees.
