Job Title: AGM / Sr. AGM Sales & Marketing Conductor Division
Location: Vadodara

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing professional to join our Conductor Division as AGM / Sr. AGM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power transmission conductors, and power transmission lines with a proven track record in strategic business development, client relationship management, and market expansion. This role demands in-depth technical knowledge of specialized conductor types such as CTC (Continuously Transposed Conductor), PICC (Paper Insulated Copper Conductor), MICC (Mineral Insulated Copper Clad), HV Paper Insulated Conductors.
You will serve as a key face of the company, responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, achieving financial targets, and enhancing brand presence across targeted markets.
Key Responsibilities:
·         Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies in line with the company’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
·         Drive business growth through client acquisition, retention, and market expansion across both domestic and international markets.
·         Lead business development initiatives for the complete range of conductors: CTC, PICC, MICC and HV Paper Insulated Conductors.
·         Achieve sales targets (top-line and bottom-line) as per AOP by actively managing the sales funnel.
·         Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients, including government utilities, private infrastructure companies, and power sector consultants.
·         Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, enhancing visibility and market reputation.
·         Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities for product positioning and customer engagement.
·         Build and lead a high-performance regional sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
·         Ensure customer satisfaction through structured feedback mechanisms and post-sales service excellence.
·         Oversee technical product registrations and approvals with target customers and regulatory bodies.
·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
Key Requirements:
·         10 to 15 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the conductor or power transmission industry.
·         Strong understanding of copper conductor technologies, including CTC, PICC, MICC and standard conductor designs.
·         Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·         Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Educational Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
·         MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing/Business Strategy.
