Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records or other recruitment tools.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate pipelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

 

 

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and technologies, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
