Key
Responsibilities:
- Utilize
various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to
attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Review
resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open
positions.
- Conduct
phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates'
qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
- Coordinate
interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the
recruitment process.
- Collaborate
with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop
effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain
accurate and up-to-date candidate records or other recruitment tools.
- Provide
regular updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts
and candidate pipelines.
- Stay
informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and
talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Proven
experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a remote work
environment.
- Strong
understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to effectively use recruitment tools and technologies, job boards, and
social media platforms.
- High
level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability
to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(preferred but not required).
