Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development:

    Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the corporate sector for our recruitment services.

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.

    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for growth.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients.

 

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.

    Understand clients’ needs and requirements, and tailor recruitment solutions to meet their specific objectives.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner.

    Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.

 

  • Negotiation and Closing:

    Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients, negotiating terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.

    Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of recruitment projects, meeting clients’ expectations and deadlines.

 

  • Market Intelligence and Networking:

   Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

   Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services, establish connections, and expand our professional network.

 

  • Qualifications and Skills:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

    Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the corporate recruitment industry.

    Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry best practices, and market dynamics.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    Willingness to travel as needed.
