Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customers
within the Wind sector, visiting them on regular basis and understanding
their needs. Drive growth in company's Share of Wallet with the customer
by delivering superior client service enhancing satisfaction and
retention.
- Business
Development & Sourcing new accounts: Identify and develop relationship with new accounts
within the Wind sector. Communicate company’s superior product quality and
its position as a leader in innovative solutions. Get entry-point into the
new accounts and grow the same over time.
- Sales
and Negotiation:
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Prepare and present
proposals, participate in tenders/auctions, negotiate contracts, and close
agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Market
Intelligence:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
that impact the Wind sector. Use insights to adapt strategies and maintain
a competitive edge.
- Marketing
Activities:
Identify and participate in relevant seminars and conferences in the Wind sector
to drive company's visibility and brand awareness among prospective
customers. Plan customer factory visits etc. as and when required to drive
technical approvals and convert prospective customers.
- Regulatory
Navigation and Approval Management: Manage the entire cycle of product approvals
from various regulatory bodies and institutions within the sector, as
required to drive sales growth in the sector.
- Cross-functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams
to ensure that the product offerings align with client needs and sector demands.
Coordinate with sales operations team to ensure timely execution of
enquiries, quotation, order and post-sales activities.
- Strong
understanding of the Wind industry, including market drivers, key players,
and regulatory environment.
- Excellent
interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated
ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholder relationships.
