Job Description
As the Regional Head - West, your role encompasses overseeing all retail activities in Western India. You will lead initiatives to increase retail presence and sales through dynamic leadership, deep market understanding, and effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and optimize the distributor network across districts to drive regional retail sales growth. Focus on expanding the retailer base to enhance secondary sales aligned with corporate goals.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers. Regularly engage with them to understand market dynamics and align strategies accordingly.
- Lead the influencer loyalty program by onboarding electricians and other influencers. Aim to increase active participants and drive tertiary sales growth.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify regional trends, challenges, and opportunities. Utilize insights to refine the region's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy effectively. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales team skills and product knowledge. Ensure readiness to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives tailored to regional needs. Enhance brand visibility and engagement with key influencers to strengthen market presence.
- Establish and track key performance indicators for the regional team, including State Heads, Area Sales Managers, and Territory Sales In charge. Ensure districts meet sales targets effectively.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve market competitiveness and profitability in Western India. Adapt strategies to address market challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities.
