Job Description

The Sales Professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business from Power Cable, XLPE cables related cable manufacturing industries

Designation : AGM / Sr. manager - Sales & Marketing ( Candidates from desired industries only, need to apply please ) 
Job Locations: Hyderabad / Chennai / Delhi
Preferred Industry : Power Cables ( HT / LT ) 

Job Role:

  • Will be responsible for business into Power Cables - High & Low Tension ( HT / LT ) 
  • Candidate should be well versed about the geographical market for Hyderabad- Complete Andhra Pradesh/Telangana ; Chennai- Complete Tamil Nadu ; Delhi - NCR.
  • To develop sales strategy, sales plans and profit targets. 
  • Develop relationships with clients. 
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets. 
  • To represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events, Undertake on-going market analysis to identify marketing opportunities to support the strategic objectives of the product with the aim of delivering improved volumes and profits. Identifying consumer requirements, define market etc 
  • Team Management & Support to achieve business target 
  • Ensure timely realization of payment and other commercial dues. 
  • Good analytical, Negotiation, Leadership, vendor management & networking skills 
  • Sales Planning, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Budgeting etc. 
Graduation: Any graduate from science stream, B.E. / B.tech. , Diploma
Must have around 10 to 15 years experience into sales of power cables and payment collection.
