Ensure profitable business results and market leadership through the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor field performance of sales team on daily basis and achieve agreed monthly targets Ensure an environment of - Customer First & Team work
- Prepare sales forecasts for each product and territory based on historical data, market trends, Competition activity, promotional strategy and sales effort
- Develop & manage sales team through effective communication, product knowledge development, skills development and motivation
- Ensure periodic sales & service meetings to monitor open issues and progress of agreed action plans
- Ensure effective exchange of information with branch office team and senior management
- Assist regional head in the development of the marketing plan
- Ensure timely appraisal of performance & potential of each member of the sales team
- Speaking/writing fluently in English and local language
- Strong people/team management
- Proven ability to win new business

- Market/ Geography knowledge - Delhi-NCR

Graduation: Degree in Electronics/Mechanical engineering with at least 60% marks from reputed college
Post Graduation: Degree in Business Management with A grade from reputed college shall be preferred
- Proven track record of success for at least 8 years as field sales personnel in multinational organisation(s) with responsibility of direct selling industrial automation related machines and payment collection. Experience of sales through distributor network shall not be considered.
- Proven track record of success for at least 2 years as team leader/ sales manager with responsibility to achieve business targets through sales team of at least 3-4 personnel in multinational organisation(s) with responsibility of direct selling industrial automation related machines.
- Current Business Generation should not be less than 20 cr p.a.
